Let\u2019s discover about this day!<\/em><\/p>\n The 4th<\/sup> September 2019, TESA<\/strong>, a supplier of self-adhesive product and system solutions for all kinds of industries, organised a Supplier Day<\/strong> for the third year, at Norderstedt, next to Hamburg. The aim of this day was to discover new raw materials and technologies to develop innovations<\/strong>. Indeed, different suppliers were present to showcase their technologies and products and discuss about it. This year, five complementary suppliers have been selected to discuss about different topics such as adhesive, liner and film. We counted in the morning sessions about 160 attendees, 140 from TESA team and 23 from suppliers\u2019.<\/p>\n The theme of this innovation day was \u201cStick to Green<\/strong>\u201d with different topics for discussion:<\/p>\n \u2022 <\/span>Adhesive polymers (biobased materials) TESA is really committed to sustainability<\/strong> which is shown by the choice of the theme of this day. The aim of TESA is then to choose partners which can help them reaching their goal in terms, here, of green innovations.<\/p>\n \u201cIt was a great opportunity to get to know technologies, to discuss cooperation and development opportunities and to be inspired in general.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n During this day, representatives of Toray\u2019s R&D<\/strong> and Sales &<\/strong> Marketing<\/strong> teams had the opportunity to present the company and its solutions in term of \u201cstick to green\u201d innovations and to exchange with TESA\u2019S team. Toray is really committed to green innovations<\/strong> and during this presentation, our team talked about our concerns and solutions regarding: <\/p>\n \u2022 <\/span>Waste reduction <\/strong>with thin gages which reduce material and energy consumption This innovation day was a unique opportunity for the R&D and Sales & Marketing teams to enhance what solutions<\/strong> Toray has to offer to its customers. \u00a0The \u201cStick to green\u201d theme was also a good opportunity to remind that sustainable development<\/strong> and green innovation<\/strong> is a core program for Toray.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Toray during TESA’s Supplier day Toray Films Europe is constantly in an innovative approach and is seen as a partner of innovation for its customer by giving them the best solutions.
