Toray improves its QSEE certifications
Toray has always been committed to satisfy its customers by delivering them products and services meeting their requirements. But, this is also important to comply with the relevant regulations and legal obligations. This is why we make a point of honour to always have the best certifications. Indeed, since years, TFE is totally committed to a management system concerning Quality, Health & Safety and Environment.
Also, in early 2010, by showing its commitment to the foodstuffs packaging market, our company has obtained certifications for food safety (AIB,BRC and ISO 22000). We have used the HACCP method (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) to carry out continuous risk assessment and implement best practices for hygiene on our site.
Last July, TFE renewed its QSEE certifications and improved its Safety and Energy certifications for better performances.
Energy: new ISO 500001 certification
For several years, TFE is committed to a better energetic performance by improving the management system of its activities to enter a process of continuous improvement of its energy performance. TFE obtained ISO 50001 certification in 2017. A new version of this standard has been published in 2018. TFE decided to ask for the certification according this new version from this year and obtained the ISO 50001V2018 certification in July.
Health and Safety: new ISO 45001 certification
Safety is one of the main value of Toray Films Europe. All companies in the Toray group throughout the world are committed to the stipulations of its charter which define the company mission and the principles governing its actions. In particular, these principles concern the need to protect people and their health. Toray did a quick transition from OHSAS 18001 to the new standard ISO 45001, which is available since march 2018, without waiting the 3 years to change it. This new certification specifies the requirements about health and safety management system.
It is important for Toray to always improve its certifications to show to our customers that they can always trust us and that we provide the best performances by developing solutions which contribute to solve social topic.
