As part of our efforts to reduce waste and promote the circular use of resources, we offer our customers a Packaging Recovery Service.
Through a dedicated logistics partner operating across Europe, we organize the collection and recovery of packaging materials used for the transportation and storage of our film products. This service helps customers reduce disposal costs while ensuring that packaging components are reused or recycled.
As specified in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, these packaging components remain the property of TORAY and are intended exclusively for the transport of our products.The packaging is supplied free of charge, provided it is returned after use.

- Product Delivery: Our film products are delivered using dedicated packaging designed to protect the products throughout the supply chain
- Store: Retain and safely store packaging materials after product delivery
- Request Collection: Contact our dedicated partner or your Customer Service representative
- Collection: Pickup is scheduled through our European recovery network
- Recovery & Reuse: Packaging is inspected, cleaned, sorted and prepared for reuse or recycling
